International Conference on Bhutanese Refugee Heritage

The Bhutan Nepal Foundation is hosting its annual international conference bringing together scholars, researchers, and community leaders to discuss the preservation and documentation of Bhutanese refugee history.

Topics include oral history methodologies, archival preservation, diaspora identity, and intergenerational trauma. Keynote speakers from Harvard, Oxford, and Tribhuvan University will present their latest research.

The conference will feature panel discussions, paper presentations, and networking opportunities for academics and practitioners working in refugee studies and South Asian history.
