Join a community committed to preserving history, honoring legacy, and building bridges.
The Bhutan–Nepal Foundation (BNF) is sustained through the annual contributions of its committed members.
In keeping with our values of accountability, shared ownership, and collective responsibility,
the Foundation does not solicit open public donations.
Individuals and organizations who wish to support BNF's mission are encouraged to join the Foundation as members and contribute through annual membership fees, which directly support the upkeep and activities of the Foundation.
Every contribution is tracked and reported in our annual audited financial statements, published for public review.
Members are partners in our mission, with a voice in shaping the Foundation's future direction and initiatives.
Together, we preserve the history and legacy of Bhutanese refugees for future generations.

As a member, you become part of a dedicated community working to preserve the history and legacy of Bhutanese refugees. Your membership directly supports our five pillars of work.
Maintaining the Bhutanese Refugee Historical & Cultural Complex, including preservation of artifacts and documents.
Organizing conferences, workshops, cultural exchanges, and community gatherings.
Producing credible publications, supporting research, and documentation efforts.
Day-to-day management, facilities, and administrative costs.
To ensure accountability and transparency, the Foundation publishes an annually audited financial report on its website for public review.
After submitting your application, a member of our team will contact you with information about membership fees and payment options. Membership fees are determined based on membership type and location.
Beyond membership, there are other meaningful ways to support the Foundation's mission. All contributions are used responsibly and transparently to support our long-term impact.
Volunteers can contribute their time and skills in areas such as research, documentation, translation, event support, outreach, and community engagement.
We accept relevant materials such as historical documents, books, photographs, audio-visual materials, and equipment that support our archival, museum, and educational work.
Professionals can offer expertise in areas like legal advice, accounting, marketing, technology, academic research, or cultural preservation.
