Bhutanese Refugee Historical & Cultural Complex — memory preserved in stone and image.
The museum, also known as the Bhutanese Refugee Historical & Cultural Complex, stands as a testament to the resilience of the Bhutanese refugee community. It honors memory, culture, and lived experiences through artifacts, photographs, and artistic expressions that tell the story of displacement, struggle, and hope.

Located in Dhaijan, Mechinagar Municipality, Jhapa, the complex serves as both a memorial and an educational center. Stone walls bear the carved names of those who lost their lives in the struggle for human rights and democracy in Bhutan.
